During pregnancy, Mommy has various complaints at the beginning of the first trimester of pregnancy which is normal. Nausea and vomiting that often occur in the morning or known as morning sickness also occurs naturally in early pregnancy.
It is certainly very uncomfortable when experiencing morning sickness, hormonal imbalance during pregnancy that triggers morning sickness. To cope with morning sickness, Mommy requires a calm mind and tries to avoid strong odors either from food or air, because pregnant women are more sensitive to smell. Always provide healthy snacks in the bag while traveling as an anticipation of morning sickness during travelling.
If needed, record the time when morning sickness occurs regularly and also record the odors which may trigger. Tell the closest people, either the husband or family regarding things which may be annoying so they can understand.
