There are various health problems during pregnancy often experienced by Mommy. This disorder can occur due to a variety of things. One of the causes is that Mommy’s body produces hormones of pregnancy.
The hormonal changes which are relatively quick often make Mommy experience morning sickness such as nausea and vomiting. In addition, this hormone causes bowel problems, too frequent urination, breast enlargement and make the nerves around becomes so sensitive which are often painful.
Such disorders only exist in the early period of pregnancy, and continue during pregnancy, and also there is interference emerging in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Pain in the Genital Organ
There are many Mommies who experience pain in the genital area called Miss-V. This pain is pregnancy disorder which occurs during 8 or 9 months of pregnancy, in which the fetus’ head begins to enter the hip area, pressing the nerves around the Miss-V.
There are some Mommies who think that the pain in the Miss-V area is a sign of labor. If it hurts, it could mean that the child birth is getting closer but it cannot be certainly known when the baby will be born. Pain in the Miss-V area can be prolonged. The affected area includes the Miss-V and bones in the groin.
But actually, there are many things that might be causing this pain other than the baby's head entering the pelvic area. Mommy’s excessive activities can be the cause of pain. Basically, when the pregnancy is getting bigger, the suspension ligament of the uterus into the abdominal wall is increasingly pulled out so it causes sore or pain.
In addition, enlargement of the uterus also presses the bladder and potentially cause the urine retained longer in the bladder. As a result, Mommy often wants to urinate and experience pain. As the fetus grows, the movement is also getting stronger, and this often makes the Mommy feel pain.
How to Overcome
There are several things which can be done to overcome the pain in Miss-V area at the time of pregnancy. Mommy needs to carry out balanced activities. The pain is often caused by excessive activity, but too passive activity can also cause pain in Miss-V area. Both can cause improper position of the fetus.
Mommy needs to try to bow down before bed so that the position of the fetus in the womb is fit and feels comfortable. Joining the pregnancy workouts are strongly recommended. If not, performing minor movement is also very helpful as bending the legs 90 degrees when the body is in a sleeping position.
Wearing tight pants and high-heeled shoes are also uncomfortable for the pregnancy so that it would be better if Mommy avoids to use both of them while pregnant. However, despite the pain in Miss-V area is considered normal to occur during pregnancy, it is good for Mommy to see the obstetrician because there could be an unexpected pregnancy disease.
